I had a pleasant experience at this hotel, especially given the great rates and the inviting facilities. The breakfast was a delightful way to kick off the day with fresh options. However, my experience was marred by a few issues including the uncomfortable mattress and a disappointing language barrier with some staff members. The outdoor pool was a nice feature, but I believe there’s room for improvement in overall service communication.
